Job Description
The Service Delivery Specialist ensures accurate and efficient execution of provisioning and number porting across Symbio’s products and services. The role involves managing service orders, responding to customer queries, and providing timely resolutions aligned with internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Quality Standards.
Key responsibilities include processing fulfilment requests, coordinating number porting (local and mobile), handling provisioning tickets, and managing related service delivery calls. The specialist follows Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), communicates clearly with stakeholders, and documents all actions appropriately using internal systems.
This role is vital to maintaining operational efficiency and delivering a high standard of customer service.
Qualifications
What you'll need to succeed:
- 1-2 years of Telecommunications and/or IT Operational experience.
- Sound understanding of telecommunications services, including VoIP/SIP, NBN and Mobile service provisioning.
- Practical experience in handling customer tickets and calls in a B2B environment.
- Experience with order fulfilment, provisioning, and number porting workflows.
- Familiarity with using IT systems for ticket management, documentation, and customer interaction logging.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.
- A proactive approach to identifying service issues and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
