Job Description

The Symbio Enterprise division collaborates with large corporate, multinational, and government organisations.

As the Business Development Manager (BDM), you will drive growth and expand our market presence in Cisco, Microsoft, and related carriage technologies. With a deep understanding of UCaaS and CCaaS solutions, a proven track record in  sales, and a strategic approach to developing  partner relationships, you will be well-positioned for success.

The BDM will be an integral member of the UCaaS and CCaaS Solutions teams, playing a pivotal role in advancing Symbio's position within the Cisco and Microsoft technology ecosystem. We seek a proactive sales leader with a passion for cultivating customer relationships and driving revenue growth.

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years' experience in business development ideally in Unified Communication and Collaboration (UC&C).
  • Experience working with partners, resellers, and platforms like Webex, Zoom, and MS Teams is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to develop  sales strategies, drive revenue, and negotiate partner agreements.
  • Strong understanding of the UCaaS/CCaaS market, including cloud communication, VoIP, and SIP Trunking.
  • Experience in channel sales within UCaaS, CCaaS, or related tech.
  • Strong knowledge of Cisco and Microsoft UCaaS/CCaaS solutions.
  • Experience with tenders, large-scale bids, and government clients
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for relationship building.
  • Willingness to travel (about 20%) for partner meetings and events.
