Job Description

As a Graduate Delivery Coordinator you will play a key role in supporting Delivery Leads with planning and managing projects from initiation to completion. This position is part of a collaborative, high-performing team, requiring interaction with a  range of internal and external stakeholders while effectively coordinating multiple moving parts of a project simultaneously

Qualifications

  • University Degree in Engineering, Business, or Marketing.
  • Demonstrated high performance, evidenced by a Credit-average grade or higher.
  • Strong customer service focus with a proactive approach to stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to work independently and autonomously while meeting expectations.
  • Proven capability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Previous work experience or internship in Project Management is highly desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation abilities.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
  • Sound judgment and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to solve problems and generate innovative solutions.
  • Resilience in managing high-stress situations while maintaining performance.
  • Collaborative team player who values strong vendor relationships.
  • A self-starter with the ability to use initiative and maintain attention to detail.
  • Highly motivated and driven to succeed.
