We are seeking for a Graduate Software Engineer to join our Technology Core Team in Sydney. Reporting to the Engineering Manager – Tools & Capabilities. You will involve in delivering the systems, platforms, & infrastructure that underpin Symbio’s products globally.

What you'll do as a Graduate Software Engineer:

• You will work on developing & enhancing systems to manage and monitor our infrastructure platforms.
• Enhancing and maintaining the security & quality of our infrastructure.
• Enhancing and maintaining customer facing products.
• Help us to modernize our tech stack as we develop and rollout new features and capabilities.
• Successfully completing all training required throughout the two-year Graduate Program.
• Commit to two years of learning and product delivery while in the Program.

What you'll need to succeed:

• A recently completed university degree or qualification in IT, Computer Science or Engineering related degrees, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Knowledge in Frontend: HTML/5, CSS, Bootstrap, Javascript.
• Knowledge in Backend: Javascript (NodeJS), Python, Golang.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools inc. Gitlab, Puppet and Terraform is a plus.
• Some experience in software engineering role .
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
