We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst (TBA) to provide processes and technical domain support to the CPaaS Product Owner team. As a member of the Product Team, the TBA plays an integral part in the product development process. The TBA will analyse and elicit business requirements, engage stakeholders, and produce agreed documentation which supports Product Owners in the development of Symbio's products.

Key to the success of this role is working with internal teams to gather, validate, and document new product development along with improving existing products & processes within the company. The TBA will also be expected to provide improvements and efficiencies to existing products/services.

The role reports to the CPaaS Lead Product Owner, the TBA will be expected to work independently within their segment.

What you'll do as a Technical Business Analyst:

• Eliciting requirements - working with internal teams to gather, validate, and document the development of new products along with improving existing products & processes within the company.
• Produce Wireframes, User Journey’s, Dependency and Constraints matrixes, detailed functional/non-functional requirements and other documentation in line with agile methodologies
• Assist in the compilation of test cases and test execution.
• Ensuring the customer focus is maintained throughout the requirements gathering process.
• Collaborating with Product Owners to provide technical product development support.

What you'll need to succeed:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Up to 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills for process development
• Well-developed problem-solving skills
• Excellent time management skills, with ability to work in a team environment
• Understanding of process mapping / change management methods & tools e.g. Visio
• Previous experience in an IT or Telecom experience (beneficial)
