Job Description

This role can be based in Singapore or Malaysia.

We are looking for a Product Manager to join the CPaas Team. This role is responsible for owning your product portfolio roadmap and strategy that supports the needs of our business units and their growth objectives. You will work on a large and diverse product portfolio across a range of domestic and global markets.

Reporting to the Lead Product Manager, you will partner with key stake holders across the business to develop strategies to protect and grow your product portfolio.

The role can be performed from Singapore or Malaysia.

What you'll do as a Product Manager:

  • Manage the full product life cycle of products within the your assigned portfolio
  • Bring to market innovative products that represent the needs of both internal stakeholders and external customers
  • Continue to evolve and enhance existing products provided to customers
  • Manage each product transition from conception, development and commercial release through to ongoing business as usual 
  • Establish clearly defined requirements, deadlines and reporting
  • Act as the main anchor point between sales, operational, marketing, financial and technical business units, as well as external vendors and suppliers 

Qualifications

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Demonstrated Product Management experience working in telecommunications/IT products or services
  • Proven ability to foster positive internal and external stakeholder relationships 
  • A growth mindset and willingness to embrace change and drive teams towards continuous improvement
  • A track record of identifying innovative ideas and strategy for new and existing products 
  • Strong planning & organizing ability and project management skills
  • Ability to undertake product and market research, customer journey mapping and provide analytics to support decision making
  • You're a great communicator who actively shares knowledge with your team
  • Previous experience in wholesale telecommunications and voice/voip communication networks and systems would be advantageous
  • Ability to use own initiative and pay close attention to detail
  • A great sense of humour!
