Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our CPass Team.  Reporting to the Head of Sales, this role will be managing and growing a portfolio of key customers.  This role is responsible to lead the growth of a defined portfolio by providing strategic account management, involving high level of engagement with executive level customers and key stakeholders.

What you'll do as a Senior Account Manager:

  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts
  • Establish and manage strategic customer relationships to exceed margin, customer satisfaction and profitability targets
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships
  • Develop, lead, and implement the account strategy via relevant account and portfolio plans
  • Manage end to end sales process
  • Manage sales and margin forecasts and provide regular updates on commercial issues
  • Active business development of new and existing sales portfolio
  • Identify opportunity pipelines
  • Use data to initiate improvements and solutions to existing processes, products, and systems

Qualifications

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Demonstrated success in sales environment within telecommunications
  • Advanced knowledge of telecommunications products, services, industry, and regulatory environments
  • Demonstrated experience in wholesale telecommunications
  • Proven experience in creating and executing multi-party/products deals
  • Knowledge of financial modelling, scoping, and analysis to effectively leverage margin
  • Excellent communication and networking skills
  • Highly motivated and goal oriented
  • Excellent negotiation skills
