Sycomore AM is looking for an Analyst / Portfolio Manager for its Happy@Work fund listed equity strategy with global expertise in quality, growth, and interest for social themes and conviction

 

Job Description

Generating high conviction activable investment ideas for the happy At work funds (European and global) and the broader investment platform

In-depth company and industry analysis, with both sound financial analysis and a strong sustainable and social lens

Embodying the conviction on which the fund is based

Contribution to maintain state-of-the art human capital analysis framework and reporting effort.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of Analyst - fund management experience

Track as a fund Manager

Financial and ESG Analytical skills

Financial modelling and valuation skills

Communication skills and strength of conviction

Activable ideas generation

Good knowledge of Europe and North America as an Investor 

Fluent in english

Interest for social themes and conviction

CFA or equivalent is a plus
