Job Description

  • An ability to work with business in a consultative way to help them translate their business objectives into digital strategies.
  • Strong understanding of business transformation, digital, software build and change delivery.
  • Understand and evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover improvement opportunities, and assist with implementing solutions.
  • Research and gain comprehensive understanding of advancements/trends in the conveyance business in the UK and propose to adopt best practices into implementing solutions.
  • Perform feasibility analysis, scopes projects, and works with the project management team to prioritize deliverables and negotiate on product functionalities.
  • Create detailed Business Requirement Document (BRD) and translate it into functional specifications.
  • Participate in ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies with the focus of eliminating waste.
  • Deep understanding of the Digital industry, and the issues and opportunities its players face, in areas such as technology, data and business change, while building strong relationships with the key stakeholders so that you're ahead of the digital trends.
  • Perform requirement analysis for the project; document and communicate results of efforts.

  • Allocate resources and maintain cost efficiency and ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
  • Define KPIs to measure success of projects and assist with monitoring performance of project or initiative post implementation.
  • Communicate your recommendation, insight and plan to cross-functional team members and management.
  • Update, implement and maintain procedures Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings


  • A bachelor’s degree in business or IT.
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience working as a Functional, Data or Business Analyst with minimum 2 years of experience working on digital transformation or a digital advisory position.
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
  • Excellent documentation skills.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in applications including documenting, spreadsheet & presentation software.
