As a Working Student Customer Care Representative, you will support our team in being the main link between Yuh and our clients. Our clients use our app to manage their finances and investments, and you will help ensure they have a smooth and positive experience.
You will answer their questions, solve their issues, and guide them through their financial journey while gaining valuable insights into customer care in a modern Swiss banking environment.

Your mission
Do you love helping people and learning new things? If so, you might be the perfect fit for our Customer Care Representative position. You will be the main link between Yuh and our awesome clients, who use our app to manage their finances and investments. You will answer their questions, solve their problems, and guide them through their financial journey with Yuh.
Key Responsabilities
- Act as a point of contact for clients, primarily handling written inquiries (chat, email, in-app messaging), and delivering a professional, friendly, and solution-oriented customer experience.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and reliable support related to the Yuh app and banking services, ensuring a high level of service quality.
- Support clients by clearly explaining products, features, and processes in an easy-to-understand and empathetic manner.
- Ensure high client satisfaction by carefully addressing requests, executing client instructions, and resolving issues with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience during interactions and contribute ideas to enhance services and processes.
- Accurately document client interactions in internal systems and ensure proper follow-up where required.
- Collaborate closely with the Customer Care team and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Comply with internal guidelines, regulatory requirements, and the principles of fair client treatment at all times.
Qualifications
Your Profile
- Currently enrolled at a university or university of applied sciences (Bachelor or Master), ideally in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field
- Strong interest in banking, fintech, and customer experience
- Excellent written communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
- Fluent in English; German and-or French is a strong advantage
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Comfortable using digital tools and learning new systems quickly
