Job Description
As a Records Management Agent within our Campus Services department, you will play a key role in the digital transformation of our internal processes. You will be responsible for the digitization, indexing, and classification of physical and electronic documents to ensure their accessibility, compliance, and long-term preservation.
This position is ideal for someone detail oriented, organized, and motivated by continuous improvement in document workflows.
Your responsibilities:
- Document digitization — Prepare, scan, and perform quality checks on incoming documents.
- Structured indexing — Assign accurate metadata to ensure fast and reliable retrieval.
- Document classification — Organize digital and physical records according to internal standards.
- Quality control — Verify accuracy, readability, and consistency of digitized files.
- Document workflow management — Contribute to optimizing archiving and information flow processes.
- Internal support — Assist teams with document searches, retrieval, and consultation.
Qualifications
- “Agente en information documentaire CFC / Agent en information documentaire CFC” or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in this function or similar
- Comfortable with scanning tools, document management systems and digital environments.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and strict adherence to procedures.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple departments.
- Proficiency in French and English
