• Processing Payments in accordance with Proper Instructions received from Clients and/or Authorised Signatories
• Processing Trade Settlements in accordance with Proper Instructions received from Clients and/or Authorised Signatories
• Reconciliations of Company Bank Accounts, Client Cash and Security Accounts
• Communications with Clients and 3rd parties
• General office administration
• Ad hoc office support to Senior Custody Operations Manager and SQFSM Management
• Ad hoc support to Company’s related parties

• Preferably, a University financial degree or relevant work experience
• Prior experience working with a Depositary Bank or Fund Administrator
• English (written/spoken: mandatory), other languages (an asset)
