Job Description

Responsibilities

 

  • Review and process new corporate client applications and B2B relationships, ensuring compliance with SLAs and operational risk controls.
  • Manage client account documentation and maintain accurate data.
  • Collaborate with team members to coordinate daily tasks and maintain audit trails.
  • Update departmental procedures in line with policies and regulatory requirements.

 

Qualifications

Your Profile:

 

  • 1-3 years' experience in banking or fintech back-office operations, preferably with corporate and B2B accounts
  • Experience with KYC and strong attention to detail
  • Fluent in English; French is an advantage
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
