Job Description
We are seeking to recruit a Payment and Settlement Officer, junior profile.
Your responsibilities
- Processing Payments in accordance with Proper Instructions received from Clients and/or Authorised Signatories
- Processing Trade Settlements in accordance with Proper Instructions received from Clients and/or Authorised Signatories
- Reconciliations of Company Bank Accounts, Client Cash and Security Accounts
- Communications with Clients and 3rd parties
- General office administration
- Ad hoc office support to Senior Custody Operations Manager and SQFSM Management
- Ad hoc support to Company’s related parties
Qualifications
- Preferably, a University financial degree or relevant work experience
- Prior experience working with a Depositary Bank or Fund Administrator
- English (written/spoken: mandatory). Other languages (an asset)
