Job Description

With more than 400K followers through different platforms and 15M views on YouTube, social media is our first channel to engage with our clients, leads, journalists, investors, talents…

Are you ready to help us reach new heights and elevate our social media presence? Then, join our social media team!

As our new social media trainee, you will:

Daily Community Management:

  • Handle tasks related to community management, including responding to comments and messages, in close collaboration with the Customer Care and Brand Managers teams

Content Creation and Publication:

  • Manage the creation and posting of the Morning News on Instagram Story
  • Create daily financial chart on X​​​​​​​

Strategy Execution:

  • Revamp the strategy for the @swissquote_help X account and develop relevant content
  • Implement the defined content strategy on Swissquote's new platforms: WhatsApp, Telegram, and Threads

Support Social Media Managers:

  • Assist in producing eye-catching visuals with Canva and crafting engaging captions to enhance user interaction

Competitive Analysis:

  • Conduct benchmarking of competitors to improve our Social Media strategy

Qualifications

  • At least 6 months of experience in marketing or relevant field
  • Good understanding of marketing best practices and activations across social media platforms
  • Strong interest in fintech and financial markets is highly desirable
  • French-speaking with excellent writing skills, and a very good level in English. Knowledge of German or any other language is a plus
  • Positive attitude, proactive approach, detail-oriented, customer-oriented, and adept at multitasking
  • Holds or is on track to obtain a Professional or Bachelor's degree in communication or marketing
