Reporting to the Head of Creation, you will be responsible for planning management within the Brand Creation team, as well as managing major projects. You will also supervise the team dedicated to coordination and integration, as well as ensure a smooth interaction with the design, development and copywriting managers. Key responsibilities
We're looking for a leading coordinator, organiser and facilitator who combines flexibility with efficiency. He/she will play a key role in enabling the Brand Creatrion team to deliver high quality materials in the right conditions and within the right deadline.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Receive, select and process requests for Brand Creation. Manage the overall planification, participate in the proper allocation of resources and negotiate deadlines when necessary.
- Ensure the quality and completeness of briefings. Provide the information and materials required for creative or technical work.
- Take charge of project management (particularly for major projects). Ensure communication and follow up with requesters (brand managers, product managers, tech teams, etc.) and stakeholders. Plan and coordinatine work between the various creative teams, guaranteeing compliance with deadlines and quality standards.
- Provide leadership, management and empowerment for the coordination and integration team (currently two people). Represent this team within the marketing department.
- Represent Brand Creation at meetings related to various company projects, identify requesters' expectations and make recommendations on feasibility and modus operandi.
- Propose improvements to processes and organisation.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate
- Minimum 6-8 years’ experience in a project management position
- Ability to think pragmatically, with an open and diplomatic approach
- Ability to facilitate the work of others, support creative and technical work – result-oriented
- Ability to learn on the go & to adapt to a fast-paced working environment
- Demonstrate leadership in building teams
- Previous experience in marketing, fintech or in a retail finance business is a plus
- High energy, hard-working team player with focus
- Excellent oral/written communication, collaboration & influencing skills
- Education to bachelor/master’s degree level
- Fluent French & English
