Within our Business Operations department, you will work in the Payment Team.

Your activities will include the following:

• Treating operational tasks on cash inflows and outflows for our customers
• Treating account closure related tasks
• Investigating and solving outstanding reconciliation cases
• Sending SWIFTs, PACS messages and emails to our correspondent banks
• Answering phone calls from Customer Care and reply to all the questions related to Payments
• In close collaboration with the Accounting, Controlling, Treasury, Compliance, Settlement and Reconciliation Team
• Bringing ideas to optimize our business workflow and participating in Brainstorming Meetings
• Assisting the Manager in several tasks such as data collection, treating complex cases, preparing slides for team meeting etc.

• You have banking degree (CFC) or commercial degree with banking experience
• Several years of experience (minimum 5 years) in the field of payment
• Very good English level (Minimum B2); French and German is a plus
• Advanced knowledge in different types of payments (SWIFT, SEPA, PACS etc.)
• To work meticulously under pressure is key
• Ability to work independently as well as in the team
• Management skills are a plus
