Embedded in the “Business Operations” department, you will be part of a newly created team handling the activity of car leasing.

Main activities:

• Reception, assessment and activation of new Leasing requests.
• Management of all tasks related to a leasing contract’s lifecycle (Early terminations, customer changes, total damages, …).
• Coordination between car sellers, credit rating agencies, banks and customers.
• Treatment of all payment-related inquiries (late payments, debt collection, repayment agreements).
• Client communications via e-mail and phone (FR, DE & EN)
• Participate in developing a fast-growing business section and its attached products.

• Solid experience in the car industry and the banking sector is a plus. 
• Ability to prioritize and deliver on multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Very good communication and organizational skills.
• Capacity to assume multiple tasks, work under stress and adapt in a continuously changing environment.
