This is an exciting opportunity to cover for the current Senior Operations Executive and work in parallel with our finance team for a 12 full months’ period (maternity cover).

We are looking for someone to take operational duties within the company, starting from coordinating client’s on boarding to leading projects tracking and execution related to the UK entity, coordinating the systems and control integration with the headquarter in Switzerland.

• KYC Activity monitoring and reporting
• Partners fees and mark-up calculations
• MT4 and MT5 manager and administration panels control as well as proprietary platform back office application
• Operation’s projects ownership, coordination, and execution
• Preparation of internal reporting to communicate findings to internal stakeholders
• Client’s conditions monitoring where required (overcharges, stop out and margin calls)
• Provide assistance to develop, maintained and improve internal systems: external parties’ communication where required
• Client balances & P&L reconciliation between trading system & accounting ledger, and resolve unreconciled items
• Retail client’s loss calculation

• Minimum 2 years’ background in FX industry
• Good knowledge of MT4/MT5 technology is a must
• Project management skills (products deployment, providers switch etc.)
• C++, VBA or Metaquotes coding is a plus
• Chinese speaking is a plus
