As a Senior Legal Officer, you will be part of the Legal Department. Among others, your tasks will typically be the following:

• Analyze the legal aspects of projects of the Bank
• Analyze banking and corporate legal matters of the Bank
• Draft and negotiate agreements with important clients and partners
• Participate in the drafting of reports to the Executive Management and to the Board of Directors
• Provide legal analysis and recommendations on new services and activities of the Bank
• Provide legal support to the Management

• Swiss law degree (membership to a bar and/or any additional qualification such as an LL.M or a CAS are considered as an asset)
• At least 5-8 years of experience in the financial services industry with a proven track record in corporate and banking law, ideally with experience in data protection, IT & IP
• Affinity with blockchain technology and understanding of related legislation
• Perfect command of English and French, German being an asset
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong team-work and collaboration skills
• Ability to work autonomously and under pressure
• Self-motivated
