The role reports to the Head of eFX & FX Trading. The core mission of the department is to provide an excellent execution service to clients and to monitor risk, liquidity, flow and execution management systems. The department is focusing on the design and operation of electronic trading systems that govern a wide product range (FX, Precious Metals, Etc…). 

We are looking for an eFX Trading analyst/associate whose main mission will consist in developing analysis tools to increase flow internalization, monetization, reduce execution times and latencies and also to back-test execution strategies.

Key responsibilities:

• Post-trade analysis through existing tools (monetization, flow internalization)
• Development of analysis tools for FX derivatives and Institutional FX platforms flow
• Monitoring of daily metrics for FX trading institutional platforms
• Analyzing clients’ data to reduce holding times, increase fill ratios and market shares
• Improving pricing logics, measure execution profitability/cost across different platforms and products
• Interacting with different teams of the trading floor to find synergies
• Technical support for Institutional Sales and point of contact for Treasury, Middle-Office, Risk and Dev teams

• Master degree in engineering, technical field or Quantitative Finance
• 0/3 years of experience – Prior eFX trading is preferred but not mandatory
• Data oriented and result-driven with a strong ability to think strategically in a fast-paced and challenging work environment
• Thinker and doer. Ability to conceptualize solutions and to execute them
• Highly motivated and reliable personality
• Coding skills (Java/Python), data analysis (SQL,KDB)
• Very confident with Microsoft office, database systems
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
