We are actively looking for a Office Manager & HR Admin, to join our teams in Bucharest.
Job Description
- Support company operations by maintaining office systems, relations with the different office suppliers, contacting new suppliers (including negotiating terms & conditions – no signing).
- Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures, preparing and verification of payroll, maintaining & controlling correspondence, maintaining/archiving documents (contracts, employee files, etc).
- Ensure compliance with legislation and company policies on local business administration.
- Manage contract and invoices and ensure proper synchronization with HQ & our audit company (BDO)
- Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
- Design and implement office policies by establishing standards and procedures, measuring results against standards, and making necessary adjustments.
- Keep management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends.
- Coaching and counseling employees (including managing disciplinary actions in collaboration with HQ).
- Keep track of expenses and budget execution
- Act as the liaison between management and employees to create an environment that will increase overall satisfaction levels (i.e. activities, support, communication, team buildings, corporate events, etc. )
- The fulfilment of all measures and actions required by the legislation in relation to health and safety in the as well as keeping documentary evidence attesting the fulfilment of the legal obligations from the perspective of health and safety in the workplace;
- Fulfilment of all acts in relation to the management of the assets of the Company (property management) including fulfilment of all Customs formalities;
Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- Two to three years’ experience in an office manager role
- Proficient with MS Office software
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work in a fast pace environment
- English skills
