Job Description

Integrated in the Human Resources department in the Headquarters in Switzerland, you will act as first point of contact for all Learning & Talent Development topics together with the L&D Partner. You will centralize, monitor and enhance all learning & development actions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identify the current and future skills’ development needs and propose accordingly development programs aligned to Swissquote global management strategy, at departments’ level and across the organization
  • Design learning strategies and training programs in collaboration with Management to answer the identified needs
  • Create flexible learning actions  (through digital learning, blended courses or other) by designing and delivering training activities internally or in collaboration with external training providers
  • Implement a communication strategy to promote the learning programs among the Group
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide recommendations
  • Manage the learning budget allocated  to the departments : Assess employees’ training requests, monitor the costs and follow-up with the Directors
  • Ensure the end-to-end management of learning projects including learning needs analysis, design, delivery and evaluation
  • Coordinate with IT & Security, Legal and Compliance departments to establish the annual calendar of regulatory trainings
  • Benchmark the industry practices and provide regular recommendations to improve and enhance learning & talent development topics within the Group

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in Learning & Development
  • You have the sense of initiative and has strong conceptual skills to create engaging and effective learning programs
  • You have good organization skills and a pragmatic approach toward new projects and developments
  • You have already implemented learning and development strategies, in particular on leadership programs
  • You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills : you are able to communicate with internal and external stakeholders on different levels, to build relationships  to engage and onboard them on  projects and act as an ambassador for the Learning & Development function
  • You are comfortable in using digital learning platforms and LMS, knowledge of Workday an asset
  • Fluent in English
