• Being involved in the recruitment process: drafting and posting job descriptions, in-depth sourcing of candidates using recruitment tools, pre-screening, interviewing candidates, references
• Actively sourcing and screening candidates on professional networks for different positions in our organization
• Supporting HR projects: organization of workshops, collection of feedback, survey preparation
• Supporting the team on analytics: provide recruitment analysis and work on reporting
• Conducting administrative tasks related to talent management

• University degree preferably in HR, Business Administration or Hospitality Management
• Ideally University internship, exchange internship or gap year internship
• Strong interest in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition
• Eagerness to learn, self-starter and proactive personality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent writing and verbal skills in English and in French
• Proficiency in the use of Excel
