Job Description

As HRIS and HR Analytics and Analyst Specialist, you will be integrated in our Human Resources department composed of 20 people.

What you will do

We are responsible for the management of our HRIS Workday and the implementation of new modules (Talent, Advanced Compensation etc.). We also provide insights based on our HR data and we are proud to be a real partner that help grow the business of Swissquote all along the way.

HRIS

  • Act as HR administrator for our HRIS, Workday
  • Follow-up releases and testing, implement new configuration when needed
  • Manage issues with our external consulting partner
  • Make sure security requirements are up to date
  • As Workday is live since September 2022? we are working on launching new modules along the way; You will play a key role in those releases.

HR Analytics

  • Collect and consolidate HR data from a variety of sources including the HRIS and Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Perform data calculation through Excel and Tableau in order to provide KPIs on recruitment activity and other HR subjects (turnover, gender equity etc.)
  • Analyze data and prepare reports to present HR analytics results, insights and recommendations destined to Executive Management
  • Facilitate the planning and implementation of yearly cycles on People reviews, workforce planning and budget

Qualifications

  • Graduate from University, with a degree in Business Management, Human Resources or equivalent.
  • You have a first similar experience in a generalist HR role, including HR data management
  • You are driven and like to interact with various internal stakeholders (HR, operational, top-management)
  • You have an analytical and mathematical mind and are able to perform calculation on Excel. If you know a BI tool, it would be great!
