In this role:
We are looking for a trainee associate product manager to strengthen the team of Product managers that drives evolutions of one of key financial product: Trading retail platform, you will integrate a teams of 6 Product managers. This is a new position, to be based in our Headquarters, in Gland. 

•    Understand target audience and competition dynamics to formulate powerful insights.
•    Perform market research and cross-product initiatives.
•    Assist the Product Manager and UX research to develop creative and powerfull product.
•    Build Data dashboard in order to measure product usage and feature adoptions.
•    Collaborate with other product managers to share knowledge and strategy.
•    Provide ongoing reporting on your KPI products and Strategic Key Result. 
•    Support to deliver the product by collaborating with product managers.

•    High interest in Trading Business and investments solutions.
•    Strong analytical skills and curiosity to understand the classic and innovative part of trading business.
•    Great communication skills: you’ll need to communicate effectively the results of your research in a compact and simple way.
•    Entrepreneurial mindset and drive to always look for new financial solution in the market.
•    Fluent in English (spoken and written): this is our working language. Good level in French is a plus.
