Job Description

We are actively looking for a Tech Recruiter to join our new teams in Bucharest that will work in a hybrid way in close partnership with colleagues from Switzerland.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Being responsible for end to end recruitment process: drafting and posting job ads, sourcing and screening applications, scheduling and conducting interviews, presenting offers, ensuring a proper onboarding for new hires
  • Analyzing and innovating the sources of candidates and the ways to advertise effectively
  • Building strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Collaborating with HR and Employer Branding departments in Switzerland
  • Planning, organizing and participating in company events such as workshops and job fairs
  • Preparing recruitment reports

Qualifications

What you will bring

  • 3+ years of recruitment experience in tech / software development companies
  • Strong sourcing & stakeholder management skills
  • Passion and enthusiasm, excellent communication skills
  • Advanced English level
