The Swissquote Tech Hub in Bucharest is meant to create a new high-caliber location for the Swissquote engineering group. The Tech Hub is structured around the design, build and maintenance of innovative and reliable systems, products and services.

We are actively looking for a Tech Recruiter to join our new teams in Bucharest that will work in a hybrid way in close partnership with colleagues from Switzerland.

What You Will Be Doing

• Being responsible for end to end recruitment process: drafting and posting job ads, sourcing and screening applications, scheduling and conducting interviews, presenting offers, ensuring a proper onboarding for new hires
• Analyzing and innovating the sources of candidates and the ways to advertise effectively
• Building strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Collaborating with HR and Employer Branding departments in Switzerland
• Planning, organizing and participating in company events such as workshops and job fairs
• Preparing recruitment reports

What you will bring

• 3+ years of recruitment experience in tech / software development companies
• Strong sourcing & stakeholder management skills
• Passion and enthusiasm, excellent communication skills
• Advanced English level
