The role holder will be responsible for all operational duties within the company, starting from coordinating client’s on boarding to leading projects tracking and execution related to the Uk entity, coordinating the systems and control integration with the headquarter in Switzerland.

• KYC Activity monitoring and reporting
• Partners fees and mark-up calculations
• Daily, weekly and monthly reporting to senior managers related to clients, volume, revenue compositions
• MT4 and MT5 manager and administration panels control as well as proprietary platform back office application
• Products and processes projects management for UK, internal reporting production to communicate findings to internal stakeholders
• Client’s conditions monitoring where required  (overcharges, stop out and margin calls)
• Provide assistance to develop, maintained and improve internal systems: external parties communication where required
• Yearly Financial Statements client production 
• Reconcile client balances & P&L between trading system & accounting ledger, and resolve unreconciled items
• UK retail client’s loss percentage every quarter.
• Proactivity, positivity, projects ownership and coordination> the ability to proactively identify the issue, propose solutions and act by leading the execution.
• Strong language skills – capacity to present complex concepts in a simplified and concise manner that is tailored to the needs and understanding of key stakeholders
• Provides expertise in projects managed and demonstrates an advanced level of understanding of the principles of IT project leadership.

• Minimum 2 years background in FX industry
• Good knowledge of MT4/MT5 platform is a must
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office, good knowledge of Excel and Power Point, Windows Server
• Experience with C++ development is a nice-to-have
• Fluent English, both written and spoken. Any other language a plus
• Positive attitude, able to bring a pragmatic approach to problem solving
• Ability to interact professionally with staff, able to prioritize workload and be self-sufficient
• Good telephone manner, excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Accuracy, precision and attention to detail
