Job Description

Integrated in our Business Operations department, you will be involved in all the projects related to Business Operations and collaborate with different departments in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Impact analysis for Business Operations for « external » projects (i.e. projects not initiated by BO). Example: Credit Cards
  • Business owner of projects initiated on behalf of Business Operations (i.e. projects which were not requested by BO but are based on external requirements and regulations (Example: SRD2)
  • Main point of contact for setup and operation after live-going (Business administration, user administration)
  • Ensure that the Business requirements are well described and are on line with the business needs
  • Participate in technical meetings with IT development teams for the description of business requirements
  • Prepare weekly project status and follow up on ongoing projects for the Management
  • Analyze project’s success after implementation and provide feedback on objectives set
  • Be the main point of contact representing the business operations with external partners
  • Ensure the functional documentation of our technical/business processes is adequate

Qualifications

  • You have an experience as Project Manager
  • You are fluent in French and also have very good command of English
  • You have an experience in a Back-office Service, would be a plus
  • You are stress resistant and you have a good learning capacity
  • You have the capacity to assume multiple tasks, work under stress, and adapt in a continuously changing environment
  • You have a good communication, you are reliable and capable to prioritize
  • You master the Office Pack (Microsoft Excel / Microsoft Word), and are generally interested in technical tools
