Job Description

Missions: 

  • Managing key projects with multidisciplinary teams to maintain and extend our web platforms and digital initiatives
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring feasibility and deadline
  • Managing requests and changes in the project scope and schedule
  • Create and maintain project documentation
  • Collaborate with Brand Managers and the teams to develop and launch key marketing campaigns
  • Update, create and maintain our corporates websites in 10 languages, as well as act as an editor for EMEA
  • Supervise delivery, quality and performances of the websites in collaboration with the team
  • Build, integrate and maintain our email template library, while ensuring the quality in collaboration with several stakeholders
  • Support the team in print projects with external agencies

 

Qualifications

 

  • Minimum 4 years’ work experience as Digital Project Manager with proven experience in managing complex project, both medium- and large-sized
  • Efficiently plan and prioritise all deliverables and resources working across multiple projects/clients
  • Solid organisational, time management & problem-solving skills including attention to details and multitasking skills
  • Ability to understand, compile and analyse customer needs issued from different services, departments or clients
  • Good knowledge and experience in Traffic Management
  • Advanced knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies with multidisciplinary teams (Scrum, PMI, Hermes, Design Thinking…)
  • Good knowledge of Content Management Systems (Drupal, but not a must), Campaign Monitor and Atlassian Jira or similar
  • Excellent oral/written communication, collaboration & influential skills
  • Advanced Knowledge of MS Office Suite
  • Education at Bachelor’s/Master’s degree level or comparable Higher Education in Marketing/Web, Publishing/Web or Visual Communication
  • Fluent French and English (spoken and written), German is a plus
