Following the launch of an important HR Project, we are looking for an HR Assistant to help and support the team over the next 12 months. Your tasks will include :

• Project coordination support : organization of workshops, collection of feedback, data preparation, testing, etc.
• Support to the different services of the department by :
  • Processing administrative tasks related to the life cycle of employees (entries, transfers, working permits, work certificates, etc.)
  • Supporting organization of training sessions or training follow-up
  • Conducting administrative tasks related to recruitments
  • Answering to various requests coming from the employees (holidays, payroll, attestation, illness, etc.)
  • Preparing HR audits and global HR controls

• Versatile and autonomous, you are interested in developing your knowledge in Human Resources.
• You demonstrate your rigor and sense of responsibility while managing your tasks.
• Client and solution oriented, you are dedicated to provide the best support to the employees while understanding and respecting the possible constraints.
• You possess strong organization skills and know how to prioritize your tasks in a changing and dynamic environment.
• You are fluent in English, any other language is an asset.
