Integrated within our Software Engineering Department, you will be part of the development teams taking care of the digital assets ecosystem. You will make the bridge between the different departments involved (Back Office, Legal, Controlling, Marketing, etc.) and the Software Engineers to help them convert business requirements into technical solutions.

Your responsibilities will be as follows:

• Communicate with customers and stakeholders to gather their requirements in order to create technical specifications
• Interact and coordinate with engineers and implementers to define solutions
• Communicate with external panthers and participate in due diligence process
• Manage research and analysis of future evolution of the product
• Write and maintain technical documentation, system guidelines and manuals
• Conducting regular reviews of the product and generating reports on efficiencies and improvement areas
• Organize test phase
• Deliberate over post-project assessment

• 4 to 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst or System Analyst role
• Computer science or equivalent practical experience is an asset
• Experience or knowledge in the banking industry/crypto currencies is a strong asset
• Strong strategic and problem-solving skills and proven ability to operate in a fast-paced organizational structure
• Excellent communication and interpersonnal skills
• Fluent in English, French is an asset
