We are looking for our new Product Manager to strengthen the team that drives evolution of 2 key products: Client Management and Banking services.

Your missions :

• Understand target audience and competition dynamics to formulate powerful insights.
• Build Banking products strategy with Marketing, Sales, Customer Care & tech teams.
• Work with Product designers and UX researchers to develop a creative and powerful product
• Measure product usage and feature adoptions.
• Plan mid-term strategic plans to build a product competitive edge as well as long-term strategic plans
• Define Objective Key Result to cross functional teams.
• Collaborate with other product managers to share knowledge and strategy.
• Provide ongoing reporting on your KPI products and Strategic Key Result.

You own a Master degree in Computer Science or a related field and have 5+ years of experience as Product Management, Product Owner or similar roles, within the banking industry.

You will need to communicate effectively your vision both internally and externally, as well as demonstrate strong analytical skills. You feel comfortable interacting with engineers and technical analysts and are able to cope with high-pressure situations.

We work in an Agile cross-functional organisation, an experience in this type of organization would be an asset. Our working language is English, French is a plus.
