You will be in charge of a team of 8 Product Owners who are working in cross-functional team, together with Developers, UX, and OPS:

• Organization of team activities reinforcing collaboration and knowledge sharing
• Support team member in Product Owners activities accordingly to their level of expertise
• Organize and maintain the Product Owner framework and guidelines
• Proceed to employee annual reviews, evaluation, setting up objective
• Recruitment and training of new employee
• Report to the department management

• You have several years of experience in people management.
• You are an experimented Product Owner in an Agile Environment
• You have experience and interest in leading and growing people
• You have excellent leadership and relationship building skills
• You are an excellent communicator and storyteller, communicating concepts and ideas in different formats
• You are good at creating clarity in ambiguous situations
• You have the ability to take end-to-end responsibility for the company’s success
• You set high standards for yourself and others
