As a member of the Sales HQ Department, you will conduct multiple tasks to grow the business through client acquisition as well as providing best in class service to the existing clients of the Bank and operational ongoing support to the team.

Job Description

  • Perform initial contact with the prospects as well as continuous follow up with prospects and clients
  • Support the team to meet revenue and account opening team targets set individually and for the department
  • Continuously and respectively update of CRM to keep it up to date
  • Follow sales cross-border guidelines
  • Assist client on-boarding process through effective communication with other departments to ensure efficiency and the results achieved
  • Provide continuous feedback to the Management in order to optimize existing procedures and tools
  • Perform the necessary follow up during the account opening and relationship management process
  • Provide operational support for the clients and the team


  • University degree in Banking, Economics or Finance
  • Previous 2 to 3 years sales and relationship management experience
  • Solid knowledge of Forex market and banking
  • Fluent in German and English. Any other language an asset
  • Ability to work with flexible schedules and be ready to travel
  • Ability to achieve and exceed targets
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment linked with a fast growing bank
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Customer service oriented and a team player
