• Monitoring of the funds’ assets
• Verification NAV calculation
• Verification of compliance with the investment policies
• Monitoring of activities within the CISA framework and other relevant national regulations (CISO, CIS-FINMA, SFAMA Directives)
• Management of the relationship with Fund Management Companies
• Management of subscriptions and redemption
• Management of cash flows and supervision of corporate actions 
• Critical analysis of funds’ offering documents, including compliance check against CISA and other national regulations
• Supporting the tax Services Team in their daily operations (tax statements, fiscal reporting and other ad hoc requests) 

• Banking or commercial training (CFC as a minimum), Bachelor's degree an asset
• A first experience in a banking environment with exposure to the funds industry
• Fluent in French and English, German an asset
• Excellent computer skills (Excel and VBA mandatory, Python, SQL or other languages an asset)
• Very good communication and organizational skills
• Capacity to assume multiple tasks, work under stress and adapt in a continuously changing environment
