As a Junior Production Engineer, you will be part of our IT team and will actively participate on all project aspects related to our trading systems, specialized in b2b activities.

In this role you will be a core member of a results driven project team who is responsible of stability, performance and availability of the Forex system. You will interact effectively with people in all areas of the company and you will support internal teams for all subjects related to our MT4/trading platforms.

Daily Routine:

• Configure, manage and maintain our b2b trading platforms in collaboration with institutional Sales Team
• Use general IT knowledge to support and onboard new institutional clients and coordinate actions with other IT teams
• Provide institutional client support and resolve issues
• Provide complex databases extractions (SQL) for others departments
• Use SQL skills to operate modifications in our controlling Database
• Use your technical and business skills to manage and maintain our reconciliations systems.
• Perform periodic reconciliations reports
• Develop, review and maintain documentation
• Escalate and investigate issues with controlling team
• Implement tooling solutions for team productivity
• Participate in project of new institutional platforms together with our development teams

• You own a technical degree in IT and have good knowledge in SQL queries and data manipulation,
• You are rigorous and your capability of organization will help you manage our complex platforms
• You are curious, willing to learn and develop your skills in a fast-paced environment
• You easily communicate and exchange with other teams
• You speak French and English fluently
