Job Description

During a 6 months mission, you will be integrated in our Human Resources department and be in charge for supporting the teams in their day-to-day operations.

This mission will offer you an exposure to the whole employee life-cycle in a challenging and fast paced environment. 

Your tasks

  • Preparation of work contracts and amendments
  • Dealing with day-to-day employees' claims and requests
  • Gathering information and filling various declarations (illness, accident, pension, etc.)
  • Preparing various work and ad-hoc certificates
  • Providing administrative (follow-up training costs) and organisational support to the training team by helping the organisation of internal trainings (documentation, organisation)
  • Supporting to the recruitment teams (drafting job descriptions, coordinating interviews, sourcing junior positions)

Qualifications

  • Graduated preferably in HR, Business Administration or Hospitality Management (HEIG, EHL, etc.)
  • No prior experience is needed, but a strong interest in Human Resources is required
  • Fluent in English, German / French an asset
  • Extremely well-organized and able to multitask
  • Eager to learn, hands on and self-starter personality
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office (Excel)
