Job Description
- Plan, facilitate, and deliver workshops and training programs locally and internationally.
- Recommend, develop, and assist in implementation of programs designed to enable the organization to meet its objective.
- Research & implement new training techniques, exercises, and utilize appropriate education technologies to enhance learning.
- Create and implement sales strategies and identify new markets to enter.
- Implement a sustainable plan of programs with the goal to develop a strong staffing pipeline.
- Propose new ideas to improve the event planning and implementation process.
- Ensure that trainees are trained, developed and utilized to their maximum potential.
- Coordinate and arrange client events, meetings, appointments, and conferences.
- Ensure exceptional quality of service through consistent standard training, development, and coaching.
- Develop, organize, and continually update training manuals, visual aids and other educational materials.
- Assist in the selection of course materials, instructional equipment, and educational resources.
- Utilize appropriate educational technology to enhance learning.
- Conduct on‐going assessment of trainees’ progress.
- Research and implement new training techniques and exercises.
- Create and maintain client databases.
- Deliver training programs locally and internationally.
- Ensure safe and efficient operations at all times.
Qualifications
- Must have a Bachelor/ Masters Degree in Hospitality.
Special Training/ Certification:
- Train the Trainer Certification.
- Certified Coach ICF- ICI
- Certified Trainer SCTH
Additional Information
Must have the following:
- 5+ years of experience in a hospitality training position.
- Strong writing and editing skills in both Arabic and English languages.
- Strong presentation skills.
- The ability to inspire, motivate and demonstrate excellent customer skills.
- Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets and data analysis.
- The ability to deliver training through video conferencing, webinars and other online methods using software and electronic hardware.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle stress and give supportive and constructive feedback.
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
