Job Description

Position overview:

Will be actively involved in the marketing and promotion of Education institutes, meet and counsel prospective students, oversee the admissions process of students, and provide reports by maintaining accurate records of applications.

Tasks and Duties (which are not limited to):

  • Contact and follow-up with prospective students to assist them in their application process. 
  • Contact & maintain excellent communication with education institutes or relevant stakeholders.  
  • Respond promptly and in an effective, friendly and a professional manner to all enrollment enquiries. 
  • Promote for educational institutions in all appropriate methods.
  • Conduct meetings, interviews and presentations to prospective students. 
  • Administer mails, data collection and data entry in relation to the application & prospective students
  • Advise and assist individuals in getting enrolled in various educational programs
  • Comply and develop student’s recruitment processes internally. 
  • Manage social media accounts and keep engagements with audience. 
  • Represent our educational partners at promotional opportunities such as college fairs and high schools or any event as required.
  • Develop communication programs and plans to keep good engagement with in – school students.  
  • Develop and maintain reports as required.
     

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Communication or any related field.
  • Experience in customer service, admissions, education counselling, or communication.
  • Arabic, French, and English language proficiency.
  • MS Office Proficiency.
  • Tech Savvy.
