Job Description

Position overview:

Accounting and finance tasks.

 

Tasks and Duties (not limited to) :

  • Preparation of monthly and annual financial reports.
  • Preparation of monthly and annual budget execution reports.
  • Maintaining accurate and up to date records of all financial transactions.
  • Recording, classifying, and summarizing financial transactions and events in accordance with accepted local accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
  • Bringing to the attention of the management any abnormality in the disbursement of the funds.
  • Computation and payment of staff salaries on a monthly basis.
  • Reconciliation of bank statements.
  • Advising on the improvement of financial management system, internal control system, the use of financial management software.
  • Cooperation with external auditors to carry out annual external auditing
  • Supervision the day-to-day operation of the accounting.
  • Filing of VAT returns on quarterly basis with responsibility.
  • Managing and visiting bank activities as and when required.
  • Other financial management duties assigned by the CEO.

Qualifications

  • Saudi National
  • Minimum of Bachelors in Accounting
  • Minimum 2 years in a similar position
  • Fluent and Arabic and English
