Job Description
Position overview:
Accounting and finance tasks.
Tasks and Duties (not limited to) :
- Preparation of monthly and annual financial reports.
- Preparation of monthly and annual budget execution reports.
- Maintaining accurate and up to date records of all financial transactions.
- Recording, classifying, and summarizing financial transactions and events in accordance with accepted local accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Bringing to the attention of the management any abnormality in the disbursement of the funds.
- Computation and payment of staff salaries on a monthly basis.
- Reconciliation of bank statements.
- Advising on the improvement of financial management system, internal control system, the use of financial management software.
- Cooperation with external auditors to carry out annual external auditing
- Supervision the day-to-day operation of the accounting.
- Filing of VAT returns on quarterly basis with responsibility.
- Managing and visiting bank activities as and when required.
- Other financial management duties assigned by the CEO.
Qualifications
- Saudi National
- Minimum of Bachelors in Accounting
- Minimum 2 years in a similar position
- Fluent and Arabic and English
