We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Marketing Manager to join and lead our growing team!

Job Description

As the Senior Growth Marketing Manager at Swipii, you will oversee all of the marketing activities, ensuring the marketing team effectively fulfils the organisations marketing strategy. You will be expected to lead on demand gen, customer onboarding and retention. Additionally you will be charged with developing the Swipii brand online through digital marketing and offline through community building and events. You will have a critical and exciting role to play across the full customer journey.

Ideally (but not essential) you will have worked in both B2B and B2C environments during your career and understand the key differences when it comes to marketing to both sides of the network.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Director of Growth.

Responsibilities: 

  • Create and implement the overall marketing strategy for the business.

  • Lead and develop a marketing team of three to drive key business metrics including new opportunities and sales for businesses and app downloads and retention for users.

  • Manage and prioritise the effective use of the marketing budget to help achieve company objectives and deliver ROI.

  • Generate demand for the Swipii product across both our B2B and B2C audiences through the application of the latest online and offline marketing strategies.

  • Organise, create, market and host offline events to help build the Swipii brand amongst our target audience.

  • Serve as a brand evangelist for our message, brand and content.

  • Support the Director of Growth with forecasting and presenting to senior management.

  • Collaborate with our operations, sales, and product teams.

  • Keeping the team up to date with the latest competitor news and industry trends.

  • Measure and report on analytics and behaviours relating to the Swipii product, following growth Metrics models such as AARRR, RARRR.

Qualifications

Requirements:
 

  • Significant and demonstrable experience in marketing, brand marketing, or a marketing communications type role.

  • Hands on experience in a minimum of two of the following channels: Paid Digital, Email marketing, SEO, ASO, referral marketing.

  • Experience of achieving significant app growth with low CLV.

  • Growth mentality; Product led, data driven, creative, experimentation knowledge.

  • Understanding of the growth and how to use each channel to achieve business metrics.

  • Proven experience of leading and developing a marketing team.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Is data led, being able to look at data, interpret it and understand how to use it to make decisions.

  • Experience working in a lean and agile environment.

  • BA Hons degree in Marketing or equivalent working experience.
