Swipii is now focused on growth. The team is aiming for expansion this year, with product development, new features and new locations all in the pipeline.

Job Description

We are expanding our growth team  to include someone  with a  core strength in B2B acquisition and engagement. 

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Defining the B2B growth strategy in collaboration with the Sales team.
  • Execution of B2B growth channels to continuously improve customer acquisition and activation - establishing and evolving which messages to send to different customer types depending on their lifecycle stage.
  • B2B Awareness and Acquisition - collaborating with the Sales Team to generate new leads along with accelerating organic growth
  • Developing and distribution of appropriate in-store POS content
  • Designing and developing the campaigns by leveraging your marketing skills 

A depth of understanding of tools and technologies across Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Revenue & Referral is key.

Your approach will be  shaped via data driven insights.  You will gain an understanding of customer behaviour using tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, AppsFlyer and Hotjar.  You will utilise our CRM (Hubspot) as a key data resource to understand each businesses status and the tools available within it to support B2B growth channels.

This isn't a role  where you will  be restricted to one small piece of the company. It’s one where you'll contribute fully and to our whole business, end to end, from merchants to consumers. You will get to be part of the whole product! You will have the autonomy to help shape the direction of the product as it grows. 

Qualifications

Essential requirements

  • A dynamic and curious person to bring passion, business acumen/commercially savvy, innovation and focus on performance and results.
  • A storyteller who  knows how to design campaigns that attract and retain customers.
  • Self-driven/starter. You have fantastic organisational skills, integrity and great follow through on tasks. You don’t get overwhelmed easily.
  • Naturally curious. You’re innovative, extremely creative and constantly looking for ways to tweak and optimise.
  • Experience in working in the B2B Marketing industry.
  • Proven track record of managing engagement activities and referral programs to accelerate demand and lead generation.
  • Operational knowledge of the best tools/solutions to accelerate B2B growth.
  • In depth experience in more than one growth related specialism, such as ASO, SEO, Paid acquisition, re-engagement and onboarding, Product Development, Web to App Acquisition, Email Onboarding etc.
  • Product led, data driven, highly creative mentality.
  • Understanding of a 2-sided marketplace and how to drive growth among 2 or more distinct user groups.

  Desirable requirements

  • Proficient in a range of tools across the marketing stack, including Tableau, Mixpanel, Appsflyer, Google Analytics.
