Swipii is now focused on growth. The team is aiming for expansion this year, with product development, new features and new locations all in the pipeline.

Job Description

We are expanding our Account Management team to include someone with a  core strength in B2B Account Management.

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Ensuring that clients are getting value from Swipii by implementing improvements & new content based on data and trend analysis.
  • Develop new business through the existing network.
  • Preparing reports on account status.
  • Continuously improving the performance of the businesses in your portfolio. 
  • Ensure that account retention figures are kept within tolerance. 
  • Be a brand ambassador for Swipii at all times. 
  • Working closely with our Growth & Product teams to ensure that business feedback is shared throughout the wider team. 

Qualifications

You will have previous experience of working in an SME account management environment with the ability to plan and organise your own workload and to work as part of a team. You should be used to working in a targeted environment as well as being a self-starter with excellent judgement and the ability to independently develop solutions and plans. You will be a great conversationalist with the ability to think on your feet to confidently close objections. You will be expected to demonstrate enthusiasm and interest in the cashback sector and be able to convey a level of credibility in discussing this area. 

Essential requirements:

  • Proven experience in an Account Management role with a history of significant success in this area, preferably within the SME space.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to form relationships over a short period of time.
  • Strict attention to detail, with a methodical approach to completing tasks.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data.
  • Ability to manage your time effectively, work independently and be self-motivated.
  • Excellent communications skills, with the ability to articulate clearly and influence others.
  • First-class listening skills, with the ability to tailor your approach depending on the conversation.
  • Ability to embrace change and work in a fast-paced start-up environment.
  • A tenacious attitude and an ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • An inquisitive mind and a willingness to learn.

Desirable requirements:

  • Exposure to SAAS business or internet style business.
  • Proficient in the use of CRM systems, ideally Hubspot.
  • Experience in working for a start-up.
  • Experience of working with off-line/brick + mortar accounts
