Job Description

We are expanding our Sales team to include someone with a  core strength in B2B sales acquisition.

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Selling Swipii services to a wide variety of SMEs
  • Generating added value leads for Account Managers.
  • Prospecting for new leads and qualify marketing-generated leads via phone, socials and email.
  • Use strong selling and influencing skills to create and close sales opportunities.
  • Proactively contribute to continuously improve the end to end business acquisition process.
  • Be a brand ambassador for Swipii at all times.
  • Working closely with our Growth and Product teams to ensure customer feedback is shared throughout the team.
  • You will be expected to demonstrate enthusiasm and interest in the cashback sector and be able to convey a level of credibility in discussing this area.

Qualifications

You will have previous experience of working in a fast-paced sales environment with the ability to plan and organise your own workload and to work as part of a team. You should be used to sales targets and customer service metrics with an ambition to exceed in these areas. You will also be a self-starter with excellent judgement and the ability to independently develop solutions and plans. You will be a great conversationalist with the ability to think on your feet to confidently close objections. 

Essential requirements:

  • Proven experience in a Sales Representative role with a history of significant success in B2B telesales.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to form relationships over a short period of time.
  • Strict attention to detail, with a methodical approach to completing tasks.
  • Ability to manage your time effectively, work independently and be self-motivated.
  • Excellent communications skills, with the ability to articulate clearly and influence others.
  • First-class listening skills, with the ability to tailor your approach depending on the conversation.
  • Ability to embrace change and work in a fast-paced start-up environment.
  • A tenacious attitude and an ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • An inquisitive mind and a willingness to learn
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data.

Desirable requirements:

  • Exposure to SAAS business or internet style business would be preferred.
  • Proficient in the use of CRM systems, ideally Hubspot.
  • Experience in working for a start-up.
