In 2020, we plan to expand out of Glasgow with our consumer cash-back product.  Our product enables consumers to seamlessly earn cash-back at retailers and enables your business to attract and retain more customers using the power of small cash back incentives.

Our card linking technology allows us to bring products to the local space which are normally reserved for big business.  We are a B2C mobile technology business, with a web based B2B product.

Job Description

We are expanding  our growth team looking for someone  with a core strength in mobile app acquisition and engagement. 

A depth of understanding of tools and technologies across Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Revenue & Referral is key. At Swipii we build, measure and learn, we seek change and are not afraid of change.

You will be responsible for defining the B2C & B2B growth strategy and executing on:

  • User On-boarding and Engagement Channels predominantly Email & Push -Working to find which messages to send at which time.
  • B2C App Acquisition
  • B2B Awareness and Acquisition - collaboration with the Sales Team as they enter new cities
  • Designing and develop the campaigns leveraging your marketing skills 

Your approach will be  shaped via data driven insights.  You will gain an understanding of user behaviour  using tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, AppsFlyer and Hotjar.  

This isn't a role  where you will be restricted to one small piece of the company. It’s one where you'll contribute fully and to our whole business, end to end, from merchants to consumers. You will get to be part of the whole product! You will have the autonomy to help shape the direction of the product as it grows.

Qualifications

  • Experience in working in the App Marketing industry.
  • Proven track record of managing app engagement activities, app referral programs and having worked in an app only business.
  • Operational knowledge of the best tools/solutions to accelerate app growth.
  • In depth experience in more than one App Growth related specialism, such as ASO, APP SEO, Paid app acquisition, App re-engagement and onboarding, App Product Development, Web to App Acquisition, Email Onboarding etc.
  • Product led, data driven, highly creative mentality.
  • Proficient in a range of tools across the marketing stack, including Tableau, Mixpanel, Appsflyer, Google Analytics.
  • Understanding of a 2-sided marketplace and how to drive growth among 2 or more distinct user groups.
  • A storyteller who  knows how to design campaigns that attract and retain customers.
  • Self-driven. You have fantastic organisational skills, integrity and great follow through on tasks. You don’t get overwhelmed easily.
  • Naturally curious. You’re innovative, extremely creative and constantly looking for ways to tweak and optimise.
