We are looking for a confident B2B Telesales Representative who makes connections, builds relationships and proactively contributes to continuously improve the end to end business acquisition process. The person will be a brand ambassador of Swipii, demonstrate enthusiasm and interest in the loyalty sector and be able to convey a level of credibility in discussing this area.

Job Description

  • Raise awareness of our product and brand, selling Swipii to a variety of small and medium sized businesses.
  • Prospecting for new leads via phone and email.

  • Use strong selling and influencing skills to create and close sales opportunities.

  • Work closely with our Growth and Product teams to ensure customer feedback is shared throughout the team.

  • At the end of the week, success will mean contacting a minimum number of businesses over the phone, achieving a weekly target of closed sales.


  • Strong B2B telesales experience, with a history of significant success in high volume of outbound telesales calls and cold calling.
  • Experience in working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to plan and organise your own workload and to work as part of a team.

  • Self-starter with excellent judgement and the ability to independently develop solutions and plans.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate clearly and influence others.

  • Tenacious attitude and ability to work to tight deadlines.

  • Desirable - previous exposure to SAAS business or internet style business.

  • Desirable - proficient in the use of CRM systems, ideally Hubspot
