Job Description

We are looking for a talented, results-driven and extremely proactive People Business Partner to join our team.

The is a fantastic true generalist role whereby you will have the opportunity to be involved and shape the People strategy as well as advise on operational matters and manage the administrative side too. You will have the chance to enhance the cultural direction of the company and the opportunity to work directly with the leadership team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the employee engagement agenda, championing making Swipii a proud place to work.
  • Ensure that Swipii’s people strategy is aligned with that of the Company’s overall strategy and operating framework.
  • Coaching managers in the development of their people management skills to ensure best practise and that they are leading by example.
  • Providing expert HR advice and guidance across all levels.
  • Partnering with the business to create resourcing plans to build capability.
  • Managing all of the HR elements of the employee life cycle with the business including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, performance management, talent management.
  • Ongoing policy and procedures review and implementation, making adaptations where appropriate.
  • Providing insight and business focused solutions through the analysis of HR Management Information.
  • Be the first point of contact for all people related employee matters.
  • Oversee all the HR admin tasks including keeping our HR database up to date, the  administration of benefits, holiday records, personnel files and Learning and Development records.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will need to work autonomously, be proactive and have a flair for ways to innovate and improve the People function.   

  • Demonstrable experience in an HR Business Partner role or equivalent.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Positive, "can do" attitude with an objective approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to build great relationships.
  • Ability to influence.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability to work in a changing environment and comfortable with change.
  • Excellent working knowledge of employment law.

Nice to have

  • Experience of working in a SAAS environment.
  • Experience of working in an internet / technology business.
  • CIPD Qualified.
  • Experience of working in a fast growing environment.
