The workouts combine strength, body resistance, HIIT conditioning, indoor rowing and aerial fitness and yoga elements. Job Description
Overall expectations is to provide outstanding customer service and strive to resolve member needs.
- Greet and Check in guests at the Front Desk using Mind-body
- Excellent verbal skills, personable over the phone, reliable and able to provide outstanding customer service
- Provide studio tours for all new guests
- Team player and ability to adapt quickly to the needs of a busy boutique fitness studio
- Ensure the studio is clean and presentable for members
Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma/GED
- Passion for having fun daily and making every customer excited!
- Someone who can thrive in a fast-paced, 7-day a week operation.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
