Job Description
Sweet James is a growing, fast-paced Orange County business looking for an outgoing, friendly hard-working Lien Specialist.
Primary Duties will include:
· Communicating with medical providers, health insurance companies, attorneys, and all other outstanding lien holders via phone, fax, and email
· Negotiate lien resolution within parameters set by the firm on behalf of clients
· Communicate and update clients with case status
· Organize, collect and document sensitive personal information
· Strong customer service experience
· Resolve and address customer concerns with professionalism
· Preparing closing letters/disbursements
· General administrative duties as required
Experience:
· Ideal candidates will have 1-3-year experience working in medical billing and/or collections
This Job Is Ideal for Someone Who Is:
Ideal candidates will have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Experience with social media, internet research and/or writing desired.

· Experience with retrieval of data and adapting to various computer software
· Previous experience in customer service, sales or other related fields
· Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
